One class includes a 3 course meal with all ingredients, recipes and utensils provided.
Private lessons are also available (no one else will join the class) for the following price: £120 for one-to-one; £150 for two students; £200 for three students.
All cooking levels are welcome. Cooking tips, full explanation of the ingredients and knife skills will be given during the lesson. Every student will be fully equipped with their own hob, utensils, apron, ingredients and recipes, so we do everything together at the same time. We will provide absolutely everything and all the ingredients are available in the UK. It is totally hands on and dishes are made from scratch. The students will sample their creation during the class and are welcome to take home their leftovers.
By the end of the lesson the students will be able to understand how taste buds work, how to balance Souteast Asian flavours, just like headchefs. They will be able to recreate dishes back at home and shop with ease in a Chinese supermarket.
Children are welcome too, there is no minimum age, as long as they are tall enough to reach the end of a kitchen worktop with their hands. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
HOW TO CHOOSE A MENU?
The whole class learns the same set menu (one per class). The first person who makes a booking can choose the set menu (please see our updated schedule), other people can join too. However if you would like to learn another menu, you are free to book another session.
Please note that vegetarian version is the same as standard set menu, except that meat and fish are replaced by tofu, quorn filet, quorn mince or vegetables. Please click on the link or contact us for more details.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
Absolutely nothing, everything will be provided. You are welcome to bring takeaway boxes for your leftovers.
