ONLINE LESSONS


HOW DOES IT WORK?

Online cooking classes are as fun and informative as face to face classes. Learn how to make Thai classics like Tom Kha soup, Thai Red Curry and Pad Thai.  All cooking levels are welcome. Cooking tips, full explanation of the ingredients will be given during the lesson. Every student will be sent recipes along with a list of ingredients to get from mainstream supermarkets. Participants will cook along with the tutor on a set day. It is totally hands on and dishes are made from scratch.

A typical class will be structured as follows:

10:00-10:20 Introduction to flavour balancing, overview of the recipes

10:20-13:00 Cooking time 

By the end of the lesson the students will be able to understand how taste buds work, how to balance Southeast Asian flavours, just like head chefs. 

WHEN?

We run session every day: Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 21:00. Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING?

Simply choose a date on our calendar, a set menu (see below) and let us know by email. You can buy your tickets straight away with PayPal. We will then email your booking details within 24 hours. Your booking is secured when payment is completed. That's it!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM THE ONLY STUDENT IN A CLASS?

A class will take place even with one student. If this happens do not worry there is plenty to keep you busy during the full 3 hour session.
