Saturday-Sunday at 10am or 5pm

PRICES
£40 per participant per class, payable through Paypal. One class includes a 4 course meal with all ingredients and utensils provided.
HOW TO CHOOSE A MENU?
The whole class learns the same set menu (one per class). The first person who makes a booking gets to choose the set menu (please check with us), other people can join too. However if you would like to learn another menu, you are free to book another session.
Please note that vegetarian versions are the same as standard set menus, except that meat and fish are replaced by tofu, quorn mock-chicken, quorn mince or vegetables. Please ask for our vegetarian menus prior to booking.
GIFT VOUCHERS
A cookery course can also be a great idea as a gift to someone. One voucher costs £40 (one student for one lesson), it can be sent by email the same day or by post. Just email us (or call us) and we will send you a payment request through Paypal.
WHO CAN JOIN? HOW DOES IT WORK?
All cooking levels are welcome. One to four participants can join the class in order to ensure personalised attention. Cooking tips and full explanation of the ingredients will be given. Every student will be fully equipped with their own hob, utensils, apron, ingredients and recipes, so we do everything together at the same time. It is totally hands on and dishes are made from scratch. By the end of the lessons students will be able to recreate dishes back at home and shop with ease in a Chinese supermarket.
Please note that children must be tall enough to reach a cooker and confident with kitchen knives (not chefs knives). Children must be accompanied by an adult who will supervise them.

By tube: the closest station is Fairlop underground on the Central Line which is at 10 min walk from our house
OR Woodford underground station on the Central Line + bus 275 (7 min ride) wich stops at one minute from our house.
By bus: bus 275 (From Woodford Underground Station - St James Street Station - Walthamstow - Highams Park Station) stops at one minute from our house, get off at "Wannock Gardens Stop" in Tomswood Hill Barkingside.

RECREATE AT HOME
Participants will be given the recipes to enable them to recreate dishes back at home. Please ask us if you need extra ingredients and we will give you a quote, depending on the menu you choose.
