Monday to Thursday at 10am or 6pm
Friday & Saturday at 10am

PRICES
£50 per participant per class, payable through Paypal. One class includes a 4 course meal with all ingredients and utensils provided. Please email us and we will send you a payment request.
HOW TO CHOOSE A MENU?
The whole class learns the same set menu (one per class). The first person who makes a booking gets to choose the set menu (please ask for our updated schedule), other people can join too. However if you would like to learn another menu, you are free to book another session.
Please note that vegetarian versions are the same as standard set menus, except that meat and fish are replaced by tofu, quorn mock-chicken, quorn mince or vegetables. Please click on the link or contact us for more details.
GIFT VOUCHERS
A cookery course can also be a great idea as a gift to someone. One voucher costs £50 (one student for one lesson), it can be sent by email the same day or by post. Just email us (or call us) and we will send you a payment request through Paypal. Vouchers are valid for 6 months.
WHO CAN JOIN? HOW DOES IT WORK?
All cooking levels are welcome. One to four participants can join the class in order to ensure personalised attention. Cooking tips and full explanation of the ingredients will be given. Every student will be fully equipped with their own hob, utensils, apron, ingredients and recipes, so we do everything together at the same time. It is totally hands on and dishes are made from scratch. By the end of the lessons students will be able to recreate dishes back at home and shop with ease in a Chinese supermarket.
Children are welcome too, there is no minimum age, as long as they are tall enough to reach the end of a kitchen worktop with their hands. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
